CLEARVIEW CITY CENTER
Clearview City Center is one of the largest retail redevelopments in the New Orleans metro area, currently under active construction at 4436 Veterans Memorial Blvd in Metairie. Demolition of the former mall is underway, and the site is transforming rapidly. Zea Rotisserie & Bar is now open on-site, offering a first look at what this destination will become. A major anchor tenant announcement is coming November 2026. Full delivery of Clearview City Center is targeted for 2028.
THE COMMONS OF CLEARVIEW CITY CENTER
Clearview City Center acquired the property at 4230 Veterans Memorial Blvd and rebranded it as The Commons of Clearview City Center. The 43,500 square foot center is complete and serves as an early preview of what Clearview City Center will bring to Southeast Louisiana, anchored by The Ruby Slipper amongst a growing mix of local and national tenants. With a prime location on Veterans Memorial Blvd., The Commons continues to draw steady traffic and strengthen the Clearview brand ahead of the full redevelopment delivery.
NEW IBERIA
Clearview Property Management developed a 7,000 square foot ground-up retail outparcel in New Iberia, Louisiana. Featuring a modernized design with unique exterior textures and sleek interior furnishings, the development is home to Crust Pizza, Mattress Firm, and additional retail and office tenants. The New Iberia project demonstrates Clearview's ability to execute ground-up development beyond the metro area, expanding the portfolio's footprint across the state.
