Clearview Property Management currently oversees more than 1 million square feet of commercial properties located throughout the state of Louisiana. Our portfolio represents a large collection of local, national, & international businessess including Fat Boy's Pizza, Chase Bank, New Orleans Original Daiquiri, Bed Bath & Beyond, Walk-on’s, and many more. ClearView City Center

CLEARVIEW CITY CENTER

The Clearview City Center project will serve as one of the largest retail redevelopments in the New Orleans metro area. With a continued focus on the progression of the shopping center industry, Clearview City Center will create an environment specially designed for the next generation consumer by offering a unique experience that blends both digital & physical experiences. The new mix-use lifestyle center will feature open green spaces, medical facilities, luxury apartments, office spaces, nightlife, and much more to redefine the retail experience for those in Southeast Louisiana.  

THE COMMONS OF CLEARVIEW CITY CENTER

Clearview City Center acquired the property located at 4230 Veterans, with the objective to rebrand the center as The Commons of Clearview City Center. The 43,500 square foot facility will serve as a small preview of what can be expected of Clearview City Center. The redevelopment of this center is expected to be completed by 2023 and will serve as the newest location for The Ruby Slipper, amongst other businesses in the center.

New Iberia

NEW IBERIA 

This new ground - up development will begin construction in April of 2022. The 7,000 square foot out parcel will bring a modernized design to the surrounding community featuring unique exterior textures & sleek interior furnishings. This development will be the future home to Crust Pizza, Mattress Firm, and other small retailers or office space, with construction expected to be completed near the end of 2022.
